One place for everyone in a placement

Interns

Plan the placement week by week, tick off tasks, upload evidence and read your supervisors' feedback in one place.

Supervisors

See each intern's plan and progress, score every week and leave feedback they can act on. University and host supervisors both.

Universities and colleges

Add your students, confirm placements and follow every intern's progress without collecting spreadsheets by e-mail.

Host organisations

Accept the interns placed with you, assign supervisors from your teams and keep their work records together.

How a placement runs

  1. Register your organisation

A university or host organisation signs up and becomes its own administrator.

  2. Interns join and are accepted

Students create an account, pick where they're placed, and their organisations confirm them.

  3. Plan and log every week

Interns keep a 12-week plan with objectives, tasks, deliverables and evidence files.

  4. Review, score and report

Supervisors give weekly feedback and scores, and download a signed PDF report at the end.

Records stay with the people they belong to

Placement records include personal details and assessments, so access is narrow by default.

  • Each organisation sees its own people

Universities and host organisations only see the interns and supervisors connected to them.

  • Two-step sign-in for administrators

Admin accounts need an authenticator app or an e-mailed code. Anyone else can turn it on.

  • Private evidence files

Uploaded files are never public. Links to open them expire after a few minutes.

  • Hosted in the EU

Data is stored in Stockholm, Sweden, on encrypted servers.
